Apostle Paul ministry across the world

Paul was the Apostle to the gentiles. He undertook three missionary voyages visiting the believers and establishing churches across several parts of Asia and Europe. He boldly proclaimed Jesus as the promised Messiah and preached that salvation is only through faith in Jesus Christ. He rejected the Jewish rites and practices and instructed the Christians to be led by the Holy Spirit.

Paul performed miracles and cast out demons. wherever Paul went, new believers were added daily to the church and people grew in faith. His fourteen letters to churches and individuals during his missionary journeys have become the basis for Christian doctrine.

Paul, like the other apostles of our Lord Jesus, faced many hardships. By the Jews, five times he was whipped, thrice beaten with rods, once stoned, and thrice shipwrecked during his ministry. Paul, however, was never ashamed of his sufferings and took pride in them. On arriving in Jerusalem, he was arrested for having preached against the Jewish customs.

He was transported to Rome, where he boldly proclaimed the gospel in front of the Kings and Authorities. It is believed that, after two years of imprisonment, Paul was beheaded, possibly around the same time that Peter was crucified.
